Refund policy

We offer a complete return policy for our customers in case of any fault, defect, or complaint regarding the product.

If you receive a dress with any issue, you are required to send the dress back to us for verification and inspection before any refund is processed.

Return Process

1. The customer must ship the dress back to our address:

   House 76-D, Sabzazar, Lahore

2. Once we receive the returned dress, our team will verify and inspect the product to confirm the issue.
3. After successful verification, we will process the refund.

Important Conditions

• The dress must be returned in its original condition, unused, and with all accessories (patches, dupatta, etc.).
• Customers are responsible for the return shipping charges.
• The return shipment to our address is mandatory and non-negotiable.
• Refund processing may take 7 to 15 working days after we receive and inspect the product.
